1. Arrival
You can park 4 cars on the property. If you are looking for access to the lake, search for our yellow canow at a small sand beach. A small trail leads along there. There is also the large public sandy beach, on the far right of the bay. Please let the neighbors have their lake access :)

When you arrive, you find a long-running leash in the garden. Then he can run around after the long journey.

1. All general garbage needs to be in bags before throwing the green bin outside, no paper and glass
2. The bags are not allowed to be larger than 50l and not black, else the sorting machine gets stuck.

Where to start
Inga from our Calm Estate Team passionately did the housekeeping upon your arrival - you appreciate her work in taking care of how you leave this place.
We charge extra effort from your deposit (pet hairs on sofa or beds, dirty pots or grills)

Tidy up
Are all the items back in the place where you found them?
• Furniture: beds, chairs, tables, boats
• Decorations like lamps, candles, pictures
• Apple TV and Music back to original cables
• Your accounts signed out (Netflix, Spotify, etc.)

• Broom clean floors (start the robot :)

Boats
Take out all boats from the water and turn them downwards. That avoids them to get damaged by waves or fill with water.
Place all engines, batteries and paddles back to the house / charging station to secure them.

After checking the place the deposit will be released automatically. Thank you for taking care and keep this place in a great shape.

You can buy a fishing permit online by following the link. You can rent boats with us. Use life jackets for you and your beloved!

This place is connected with fiber and the whole lakeside area is inside the same as outside covered with 150/150 GBit Wifi.

We have either single GOLD Standard beds. You can rely on good sleep at this place. We equip each bed with mattress protection, a pillow, and a duvet.
You can add a linen package for each guest, including a mattress cover, pillowcase, blanket, and a shower towel.
We have 4 double beds that are 180x200cm, one has 160×200xm. The bunk bed is 90x200cm
Pillow and duvet are standard 40x60 and 155x210cm

The whole first floor is floor-heated, and you can adjust the temperature with wall thermostats or the iPad. The first floor has radiators. All run by a heat pump.

Two sleeping rooms and a bath are accessible from the parking spot without any stairs.

The house has outside lights!

We have a big fire pit in the garden. You can collect dry wood from the forest. Outside fire is only allowed inside the fireplace, and it is forbidden during dry summer weeks. When too much smoke rises you have to stop the fire and search for dry wood or by some at the next ICA:

What we provide:

When a fuse blows, there are two places to check: First go to the kids room with the bunk bed. There is a cabinet on the wall, the right one is a fuse box. There may be one out.
If everything is okay here, then probably the main fuse outside is broken. Please go outside to the white wall of the house. There is a box that contains the main fuses. If the metal (small cap) of one of the three fuses has fallen out or melted, then this fuse is broken and must be replaced by an enclosed one.

We use a deposit to cover potential damages, everybody is more careful then, it is most for prophylaxis. Please tell us about any damages that you have caused so we can fix them quickly and the costs stay low. Keep an eye on the checkout form to get it back fully one day after departure.
