you have one 3h sauna session included in your stay. You can just let me know when it suits you From May to October, your stay includes the Jacuzzi plus access to two motorboats and one canoe. From November to April, boats are not available; a Winter Jacuzzi can be booked as an optional extra.and heat it ready for the same time then. just tell me or checkout it now.

Our linen package per personprovides you with ironed bedding suitable for the bed sizes and shower towels. AirBnB bookings have the sheets and a towel already priced in but you can upgrade to prepared beds.
You can decide if the beds are already cozily prepared when you arrive, so all you have to do is fall into bed or you plan to manage that on your own same as the number of shower towers per person.
Take a longer shower and pack your day in piece, that extra hour is gold. Ask for later checkout than 11am to see if it might be available.
The Jacuzzi is included from Mai until October.
We prepare a jacuzzi during your stay exclusively on your terrace during your stay. Flat fee for up to 6 days covers the energy consumption.

Before entering
Please shower before using the jacuzzi.
Remove sand, grass, leaves and dirt from feet and body.
No oils, creams or excessive cosmetics before bathing.
No glass bottles in or around the jacuzzi.

No smoking or vaping in the water.
Please keep the cover closed when not in use.
Maximum bathing time: 20–30 minutes recommended.

Important water care rules
The jacuzzi water is professionally maintained, monitored and delivered.
To keep the water clean and hygienic for all guests:
Do not refill the jacuzzi to keep water clear, we refill it.
Do not use the jacuzzi with dirty clothing.
Do not wash shoes or objects in the water.
Do not add soap, shampoo or bath products.

Where to start
Please leave the house with the same care you found it. No security deposit is charged. Guests remain financially responsible for damage caused by misuse or negligence; normal wear, technical faults and maintenance remain our responsibility. Extra cleaning caused by pet hair on sofas or beds, dirty pots, grills or exceptional contamination may be charged separately.

Tidy up
Are all the items back in the place where you found them?

Boats
Take out all boats from the water and turn them downwards. That avoids them to get damaged by waves or fill with water.

The hillside property is yours! In the house, there might be other guests, just as at the lakeside resort.

You find a parking space at the beginning of the property. You can park up to 4 cars there, but there is more space on the hillside if needed.

This place is connected with fiber and the whole lakeside area is inside the same as outside covered with 1000/1000 GBit Wifi.

Is located in the basement of the first cabin at the lake and is possible to rent exclusively by our guests, same as the jacuzzi.
Heats up in about one hour and is for 14 people fit in there. You find two showers and space to change clothes. The Lakeview is guaranteed!

In the kitchen, you have an induction extra wide cooking spot, a microwave, a hand blender, a mixer, and a large fridge and freezer.
Outside, we have a Weber gas bbq 100x50cm, which you can use, we provide the gas for you.

We have a professional projector with an HDMI cable for your computer and also an Apple TV connected for Apple users.
We have a Sonos sound equipment that you can use.

We have either single GOLD Standard beds or bunk beds with an 18cm GOLD Standard memory foam mattress. You can rely on good sleeping at this place. We equip each bed with mattress protection, a pillow, and a duvet.
You can add a linen package for each guest including a mattress cover, pillowcase, blanket, and a shower towel.

The living room is floor-heated, and you can adjust the temperature on your own. The sleeping rooms have radiators and floor heating in the two shower rooms.

The house is all flat, just three steps are mandatory to access the terrace and the house.

You can buy a fishing permit online by following the link. You can rent canoes on calm.estate/addons. Use life jackets for you and your beloved!

Each house has beautiful lights same as the road down to the lakeside and the whole lakeside area is covered in beautiful light bulbs. Outside lights are automatically controlled by reduced daylight. You can ask us to individualize that times.

We have two explicit fire spots where you can sit cozy together. One is by the lake, at the stones before the big hall. The other is on the hill behind the gravel field. You can collect wood from the forest, take the dry ones. Outside fire is only allowed inside the fireplace and it is forbidden during dry summer weeks.

Our cleaning fee is mandatory, this location is too big to clean it yourself in good quality. This is what you prepare before you leave:
Remove everything out of the sleeping rooms and the bathrooms, like private stuff & garbage
Prepare the beds as you took them over, we clean them and take care that the next guest feels at home
prepare the kitchen in a clean and tidy condition (not included in our cleaning fee)
leave all floors broom clean
dispatch mixed waste in our bins but glass and paper in Floda yourself
That leads to a very good quality and makes it not too expensive for you.

We have a 660l bins for mixed waste. Loose garbage will be refused. Put food waste in paper bags in the brown bin. Bring paper and glass to containers in Floda.

We use a deposit to cover potential damages, everybody is more careful then, it is most for prophylaxis. Please tell us about any damages that you have caused so we can fix them quickly and the costs stay low. Keep an eye on the checkout form to get it back fully one day after departure.
