A 10-hectare private lakeside estate with cliffs, forest and meadows near Ulricehamn. For up to 14 guests across seven bedrooms in the main house and guest house. Stays available from May 2027; currently under construction.

JACUZZI · LAKESIDE RELAXATION

After a swim, a long dinner or a day on the lake, settle into the warm jacuzzi. Included May–October at The Villa, The Nabbe and Ladhus Two. Guests of Ladhus One can book the jacuzzi at The Beach separately for an additional charge.
MOTORBOATS INCLUDED · MAY–OCTOBER
Make the lake your playground.
Pack a picnic, bring your favourite people and head out onto the water. Your house includes access to motorboats for days spent exploring the lake together.
Holiday houses: sauna included year-round; Ladhus One includes one 3-hour session at The Beach per stay, reserved using your SMS discount code. Motorboats are included May–October, with no boats November–April. Jacuzzi is included May–October at The Villa, The Nabbe and Ladhus Two; winter jacuzzi is an optional extra. For Ladhus One, the jacuzzi at The Beach is always a separately booked extra. Experience images show Calm Estate settings; equipment varies by house.
