Our linen package provides you with ironed bedding suitable for the bed sizes and shower towels per person. AirBnB bookings have the sheets and a towel already priced in but you can upgrade to prepared beds.
You can decide if the beds are already cozily prepared when you arrive, so all you have to do is fall into bed or you plan to manage that on your own same as the number of shower towers per person.
Take a longer shower and pack your day in piece, that extra hour is gold. Ask for later checkout than 11am to see if it might be available.
We prepare a jacuzzi during your stay exclusively on your terrace during your stay. Flat fee for up to 6 days covers the energy consumption.
Jacuzzi Rules / Spa Guidelines
Before entering
Please shower before using the jacuzzi.
Remove sand, grass, leaves and dirt from feet and body.
No oils, creams or excessive cosmetics before bathing.
No glass bottles in or around the jacuzzi.

No smoking or vaping in the water.
Please keep the cover closed when not in use.
Maximum bathing time: 20–30 minutes recommended.

The jacuzzi water is professionally maintained, monitored and delivered.
To keep the water clean and hygienic for all guests:
Do not refill the jacuzzi to keep water clear, we refill it.
Do not use the jacuzzi with dirty clothing.
Do not wash shoes or objects in the water.
Do not add soap, shampoo or bath products.

Everyone loves his Space, here is the overview: The farm with Ingela, Bengt-Anders & Wilma with the big cat Simson. Please drive slowly here. Up on the right at the end of the road, the yellow house is private. Park all the cars on your Space so the garbage truck can turn around :)

2. Dogs
When you arrive, you can release your dog in the garden. Then he can run around after the long journey. Be aware that taking your dog to the first floor is limited. You can add the boathouse.

1. All general garbage needs to be in bags before throwing the green bin outside no paper and glass

Where to start
Inga from our Calm Estate Team passionately did the housekeeping upon your arrival - you appreciate her work in taking care of how you leave this place.
We charge extra effort from your deposit (pet hairs on sofa or beds, dirty pots or grills)

Tidy up
Are all the items back in the place where you found them?

Boats
Take out all boats from the water and turn them downwards. That avoids them to get damaged by waves or fill with water.
Place all engines, batteries and paddles back to the house / charging station to secure them.

You can buy a fishing permit online by following the link. You can rent boats with us. Use life jackets for you and your beloved!

This place is connected with fiber and the whole lakeside area is inside the same as outside covered with 1000/1000 GBit Wifi.

We have either single GOLD Standard beds. You can rely on good sleep at this place. We equip each bed with mattress protection, a pillow, and a duvet.
You can add a linen package for each guest including a mattress cover, pillowcase, blanket, and a shower towel.
We have 4 double beds that are 180x200cm
The 4 bunk beds are 90x200cm
Pillow and duvet are standard 40x60 and 155x210cm

The bathrooms are floor-heated, and you can adjust the temperature on your own. The accommodation has radiators and a heat pump which you can control with the iPad.

Each sleeping room has some stairs to take. Check out our house the Nabbe in case that matters to you.

The house has outside lights and some trees in the garden have some cosy lights.

We have a small fire pit in the garden. You can collect wood from the forest, take the dry ones. Outside fire is only allowed inside the fireplace and it is forbidden during dry summer weeks.

You find an Rönisch Flygel in the house that is always again a little out of tune but same fun to use. Please handle it with care.

When a fuse blows, there are three places to check: First go to the entrance. There is a dresser, on top of the shelf on the left is a fuse box. There may be one out.
If not there, then in the basement stairs down by the washing machine. there is a green metal box at the end where there are also fuses in there.
If everything is okay here, then probably the main fuse is broken. Please go outside behind the boathouse to the last power pole. There is a box that contains the main fuses. If the metal (small cap) of one of the three fuses has fallen out or melted, then this fuse is broken and must be replaced by an enclosed one.

We use a deposit to cover potential damages, everybody is more careful then, it is most for prophylaxis. Please tell us about any damages that you have caused so we can fix them quickly and the costs stay low. Keep an eye on the checkout form to get it back fully one day after departure.
