The Lakeside property is yours! We have one cabin where we stay sometimes. Guests from the hill can also book sessions. Let me know if privacy is important to you!

You find a parking space at the beginning of the lakeside property. You can park up to 15 cars down there. Arriving by bus better park on the hill and walk the last 200m. When you plan to arrive with more than 15 cars, you can park with 5 more cars on the hill. Please give us a hint then, that we can reserve that space for you.

On request, we can open the road to the kitchen but besides delivery, it’s not able to drive the last 100m at the lake to protect the nature down there.

This place is connected with fiber and the whole lakeside area is inside the same as outside covered with 1000/1000 GBit Wifi.

We have plenty addons to individualize your experience:

Is located in the basement of the first cabin at the lake and is possible to rent exclusively by our guests, same as the jacuzzi.

Heats up in about one hour and is for14 people fit in there. You find two showers and space to change clothes. The Lakeview is guaranteed!

We have a professional kitchen with 30 sec. dishwasher, Steam cooker, 2x 90x90cm cooking places, cool bench same as giant fridge and freezer. You also have a bbq outside with coil for 30 people. Also, glasses, plates, and silverware are in place for at least 60 people. We have a professional coffee maker for 4-liter cans with filters.

We don’t offer cooking, most guests bring their own cook or have a caterer. See some catering options here.

Outside we have a charcoal bbq 100x50cm which you can use with your own coal.

We have a professional projector with an HDMI dongle for your computer and also an apple tv connected for Apple users.

We have no sound equipment, that is upon you to bring with you.

We have either single GOLD Standard beds or bunk beds with an 18cm GOLD Standard memory foam mattress. You can rely on good sleeping at this place. We equip each bed with mattress protection, a pillow, and a duvet.

You can add a linen package for each guest including a mattress cover, pillowcase, blanket, and a shower towel.

The Lake Hall is floor-heated, and you can adjust the temperature on your own. The accommodation has radiators and floor heating in the two shower rooms. All huts are heated with electric heating or heat pumps.

You have all the bathrooms and toilets for yourself. Lake Villa and Lake Hall has in total 11 toilets and 7 showers.

Lake Hall is wheelchair accessible.

That one sleeping room in the Lake hall with the best Lakeview is next to a shower and toilets. This means you can accommodate up to 2 guests.

You can buy a fishing permit online by following the link. You can rent canoes on calm.estate/addons. Use life jackets for you and your beloved!

Each house has beautiful lights same as the road down to the lakeside and the whole lakeside area is covered in beautiful light bulbs. Outside lights are automatically controlled by reduced daylight. You can ask us to individualize that times.

We have two explicit fire spots where you can sit cozy together. One is by the lake, at the stones before the big hall. The other is on the hill behind the gravel field. You can collect wood from the forest, take the dry ones. Outside fire is only allowed inside the fireplace and it is forbidden during dry summer weeks.

Our cleaning fee is mandatory, this location is too big to clean it yourself in good quality. This is what you prepare before you leave:

1. Remove everything out of the sleeping rooms and the bathrooms, like private stuff & garbage

2. Prepare the beds as you took them over, we clean them and take care that the next guest feels at home

3. prepare the kitchen in a clean and tidy condition (not included in our cleaning fee)

4. leave all floors broom clean

5. dispatch mixed waste in our bins but glass and paper in Floda yourself

That leads to a very good quality and makes it not too expensive for you.

We have three 660l bins for mixed waste. Loose garbage will be refused. Put food waste in paper bags in the brown bin. Bring paper and glass to containers in Floda.

We use a deposit to cover potential damages, everybody is more careful then, it is most for prophylaxis. Please tell us about any damages that you have caused so we can fix them quickly and the costs stay low. Keep an eye on the checkout form to get it back fully one day after departure.

What we provide:

• Kitchen paper towels and two kitchen towels, two sponges, dish soap, one big trash bag, and hand soap. We have two brushes there.

We have about 10 canoes that you can rent, each comes with a life vest and a paddle.
